Reverse Mortgage

This loan is available only for borrowers over the age of 60. It will allow the borrower to use the equity in their property for any purpose (holiday, car, furniture, home improvements, investments...)

The amount the borrower can access varies depending on the age of the borrower and the property value.

The benefit of this loan is that it requires NO repayments during the life of the loan.

The loan and the acuminated repayments are deducted from the proceeds when the property is sold.
